Is there a minimum term?

No. Every retainer runs monthly and can be cancelled at the end of any month. We keep clients through results, not contracts - the longest running collaboration is now in its fourth year.

What if we need less in a given month?

Then we spend the capacity on what usually gets postponed: tests, refactoring, performance, documentation. Unused capacity expires at month end - which is exactly why we plan it together in the monthly review.

Who actually works on our product?

Senior engineers who know your product - no rotating team, no handing off to juniors. You have a direct line to the people writing the code.

How do you decide what gets built first?

You prioritise on the business side, we assess effort and risk on the technical side. What fits into the month is decided together in the review - transparently, without you having to estimate tickets.

Do you take over code you didn't write?

That is the normal case. We usually start with a Production-Readiness-Check so we know the risks and the effort before taking on responsibility.

What is not included?

Classic design and graphics work, content production, ongoing first-level support for your end customers, and hosting or licence costs. Everything around development, architecture and operations is in.
